Wild Touch

2007-2009

Series Director

Wild Touch was a daily environmental television series documenting wildlife, conservation issues, and biodiversity across Africa, Madagascar, and Asia. Broadcast Monday through Friday in 30-minute episodes, the program was filmed and delivered within a 36-hour turnaround across three seasons, requiring sustained field coordination and rapid editorial execution.

As Series Director, André led the creative and editorial direction of the series, overseeing story development, field production, and post-production for over 390 broadcast episodes. Working with production teams filming across diverse ecological regions, he shaped wildlife narratives for a national audience while operating within the demands of a daily broadcast schedule.

The series combined real-time wildlife documentation with environmental education, establishing André’s foundation in high-volume natural history storytelling and international field collaboration experience that continues to inform his longitudinal ecological work in regenerative ecosystem documentation.
